An Assistant Venue Manager needs to be ready to run the floor solo when required, while also supporting a Venue Manager's systems and standards day to day. We look for people on a clear trajectory toward full venue leadership.
What we look for
Already running full shifts solo and owning the outcome, not just present on the floor
Comfortable making a call under pressure without waiting for sign-off
Some real exposure to rostering or cost control, even without owning it yet
A visible trajectory toward the top job, not someone content to stay assistant
